— Jeff Moeller, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novinway, has retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve, completing more than 21 years of combined active-duty and reserve service in the Marine Corps and the Navy.

Moeller joined the Marine Corps in 2004 and served 13 years on active duty in intelligence assignments, rising to the rank of gunnery sergeant. His assignments included Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). He deployed twice to Iraq, once to Afghanistan and once to North Africa, with additional operational experience across the Indo-Pacific, and received the Bronze Star.

In 2018 he joined the Navy Reserve as an intelligence officer, serving in deployments and operational assignments that supported fleet and joint commands. He retired in April 2026 as a lieutenant.

“I’m proud of every year I served and of the Marines and sailors I served alongside,” said Moeller. “Novinway gives me the same sense of fulfillment. The mission is different, but it’s just as important: making sure families raising neurodivergent kids have people they can trust and the help they need.”

Moeller co-founded Novinway with Syd Pickard, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who serves as Chief Clinical Officer. At Novinway he runs staffing, scheduling and operations with the standard he carried through his service: clear responsibility, protected information and follow-through for every family.

He continues to lead Novinway as Chief Executive Officer.
