How it works.
What it costs.
Everything you need to know about both services — what they cover, how they work, and what they cost.
Your path with Novinway
Every family starts with one conversation. From there, the path depends on which services you choose — but the people, the standards, and the oversight are the same either way.
We talk first.
You tell us what your family is dealing with. We listen, ask questions, and give you an honest read on whether Novinway is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. If it makes sense, we figure out where to start.
We get to know your child.
Our clinician meets with you and reviews everything — your child's routines, communication style, sensory needs, and what's worked or hasn't in the past. That becomes their Care Profile, and every caregiver we assign is trained on it before they ever walk through your door.
We map your situation.
Your navigator goes through everything with you — providers, authorizations, deadlines, what's been tried, what's still open. From there, they build a complete picture of where your family stands and what needs to happen next, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Your team starts working before day one.
Your caregiver passes a background check and completes clinical training — then gets trained specifically on your child. Your navigator has everything mapped and is already moving on priorities. By the time support starts, no one is learning on the fly.
It doesn't stop there.
Your child's Care Profile is updated as they grow. Your navigator tracks deadlines and renewals without being asked. The same caregiver shows up every visit, with a trained backup when needed. The support evolves with your family — you don't have to keep explaining from scratch.
The same team, the same standards, from the first call forward.
Our services
Each service works on its own or alongside the other. Together, they cover both sides of what families raising a neurodivergent child are carrying: the care your child needs, and the system around them.
Your child's caregiver
Care happens at home, in the community, and at the events your family wants to attend together. We use a naturalistic, play-based approach — your child's routines, interests, and communication style lead the visit. There are no drills, no programs to run. Just a caregiver who knows your child specifically, and shows up prepared to meet them where they are.
Flex
Specialized care without a monthly commitment.
+ $100 Care Supervision Fee per block Covers the clinical work behind each block of care: our clinician developing or updating your child's Care Profile, training your caregiver on your child specifically, and supervising the care throughout. It's what makes the care specialized rather than babysitting.
- Clinician-built Care Profile developed before your caregiver's first visit — used to train them on your child specifically
- A preferred caregiver matched to your family and requested for every booking — available on a best-effort basis
- Blocks of up to 20 hours used across as many sessions as you need within a 90-day window
- Purchase another block at any time at the same rate — no hassle, no new paperwork
- FSA and dependent care benefits may apply, making the effective cost lower for many families
Families who use care in bursts rather than on a steady weekly schedule — a busy stretch, a string of appointments, or a few sessions when you need a break or a date night.
Monthly
Steady, reliable coverage built around your routine.
+ $300/month Care Supervision Fee The same Care Supervision Fee as Flex, billed monthly instead of per booking: ongoing Care Profile maintenance as your child grows, caregiver training and clinician supervision throughout, backup caregiver preparation, and help with scheduling.
- Everything in Flex, plus the same caregiver at every visit — your child builds a real relationship with someone who knows them
- A trained backup caregiver prepared on your child's Care Profile, ready when your primary caregiver is unavailable
- A recurring schedule built around your family's routine, with priority scheduling when plans need to change
- Monthly clinician call to review your child's progress and adjust your caregiver's approach
- Caregiver continuity through school breaks, summers, and any changes to your family's schedule
Families who want a dedicated caregiver and a recurring schedule built around their routine — steady, predictable support that lets a real relationship develop over time.
