No surprises.
Every service is designed around your family's actual needs. Take what helps. Skip what doesn't. No long-term contracts.
Novinway offers two services that work independently or together: specialized childcare and family coordination. Here's what each costs.

Prepaid hour packs
Purchase a 16-hour pack at the Flex rate ($45/hr) with a single $50 booking fee for the entire pack. Use the hours on your schedule. A good option if you need more than a single booking but aren't ready for a monthly membership.
Your family's coordinator
A dedicated coordinator who knows your child's full service picture. They navigate a system where no one talks to each other, track everything that matters, and make sure nothing gets missed. And if you need someone to handle the day-to-day logistics, your coordinator can become your family's manager and take almost everything off your plate.
Family Coordinator
Your dedicated coordinator. Nothing slips.
A coordinator who knows your child's full service picture - every provider, every deadline, every authorization, every transition. They navigate the system, track everything, tell you what needs to happen and when, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Dedicated coordinator who knows your family's full situation
- Master calendar across all providers and services
- Proactive monitoring of authorizations, deadlines, and renewals - nothing lapses
- Benefits discovery - programs and entitlements you may not know about
- Waitlist tracking and regular follow-up
- Vetted referrals to advocates, attorneys, and specialists
- Program and resource research - camps, adaptive recreation, transportation options
- Guidance through major transitions - diagnosis, school placement, aging out
Any family managing a neurodivergent child's services who wants someone who knows the landscape, watches everything, and keeps it all on track.
Family Manager
Your coordinator handles it all - including the logistics.
Personalized monthly rate
We build your quote during intake
Your coordinator tracks your child's services, monitors everything, guides your decisions - and handles the logistics directly. They make the calls, file the paperwork, schedule the appointments, and coordinate the transportation. You make the decisions. They take it from there.
Every family's coordination burden is different. During intake, we walk through what you're managing and build a monthly rate around the parts you want handled. You keep what you want to keep. We take the rest. If your needs change, we'll adjust the plan together.
Some families need a Family Manager while getting everything set up after a new diagnosis or a major transition, then step to the Family Coordinator once things are running. Other families need it permanently because the logistics never get lighter. Either way, your coordinator already knows everything.
Families who need someone to take the coordination work off their plate entirely - whether for a season or for good.
Using both services?
Families using childcare and coordination together receive a bundled rate.
What does it cost to not have this?
More than half of parents raising neurodivergent children reduce their work hours or leave the workforce entirely. The financial impact falls almost entirely on mothers: $500,000 to $1,000,000+ in lifetime earnings, retirement, and career momentum. For those still working, mothers raising children with autism earn 35-56% less than other mothers, solely because the logistics leave no room for anything else.
That's the cost you can measure. The cost you feel is the stress that never turns off, the things you stopped doing for yourself, the years spent holding everything together because nothing was built for your family.
Novinway member families typically spend $1,200 to $3,500 per month depending on hours. The difference isn't the price. It's that your caregiver is trained for your child specifically, backed by a team, and actually stays. And if you add coordination, someone who knows the full picture is watching everything and making sure nothing slips - or handling it entirely, depending on what you need.
This costs a fraction of one lost month of income, or the income you could start earning again, or the space to feel like yourself for the first time in years. The question isn't whether you can afford support. It's whether you can afford not to have it.
Need full-time care?
For families who need a dedicated caregiver 30+ hours per week, we build custom arrangements with consistent scheduling, a primary and backup caregiver, and pricing structured for the commitment. Every full-time placement includes behavior analyst oversight and a comprehensive Care Profile.
