How it works.
What it costs.
A detailed look at both services: what each one does, how we deliver it, and what families pay.
Your path with Novinway
Every family starts with one conversation. From there, the path depends on which services you need, but the relationship, the standards, and the oversight are the same regardless of where you land.
The Welcome Call
Tell us what your family is navigating, and we'll talk it through, honestly, to see whether Novinway is the right fit. If it is, we add you to our list while we match caregivers to families.
Your child's Care Profile
Our clinician conducts a detailed assessment before care begins: communication style, sensory profile, routines, preferences, and what has and hasn't worked before, including any existing IEP, BIP, or provider strategies already in place. This becomes the foundation for every caregiver we assign to your child.
Mapping your family's situation
Your navigator maps every provider, authorization, deadline, and gap, builds your master calendar, finds programs and benefits you may not know about, and sets priorities based on what your family needs most right now.
Your team is assigned and prepared
Your caregiver has already passed an extensive background check and completed rigorous training, including elopement safety, alternative communication, and crisis de-escalation, and now receives individualized training on your child's Care Profile. Your navigator has your Family Strategy in hand and knows the full picture before the first call.
Care begins. Navigation starts moving.
Your caregiver arrives prepared, not learning on the fly. Your navigator is already working through your family's priority list, tracking what's pending, and making sure nothing sits waiting on you.
Ongoing oversight. Nothing drifts.
Our clinician reviews your child's Care Profile on an ongoing basis, keeping it current as your child grows. Your navigator monitors authorizations and deadlines without being asked. The same caregiver every visit, with a trained backup when needed. The service evolves with your family.
We support you every step of the way.

Choose what fits your family.
Each service works on its own or alongside the other. Together, they cover both sides of raising a neurodivergent child: the care your child needs, and the system around them.
Your child's caregiver
Clinician-led care delivered in your home and in the community. We use a naturalistic, play-based approach, so your child's communication, social skills, and daily routines are supported through real activities, not clinical drills. Every specialist is a W-2 employee, screened before hire, trained on your child's specific Care Profile before the first visit, and supervised by our clinician throughout.
Siblings are part of it. We care for them together at no extra cost whenever one specialist can do it safely. When a child needs dedicated one-to-one attention, we bring a second Novinway specialist so everyone is covered.
Flex
Specialized care without a monthly commitment.
+ $100 Care Supervision Fee per block Covers the clinical work behind each block of care: our clinician developing or updating your child's Care Profile, training your caregiver on your child specifically, and supervising the care throughout. It's what makes the care specialized rather than babysitting.
- A clinician-developed Care Profile, with your caregiver trained on it before the first visit
- The Profile stays on file and is updated between bookings
- Your preferred caregiver when available
- Purchase up to 20 hours at a time, booked across as many sessions as you need within 90 days
- Need more? Purchase another block at the same rate
- FSA and dependent care benefits may apply
Families who use care in bursts rather than weekly: a stretch of appointments, a busy month at work, a date night and a few weekend hours in the same window.
Monthly
Steady, reliable coverage built around your routine.
+ $300/month Care Supervision Fee The same Care Supervision Fee as Flex, billed monthly instead of per booking: ongoing Care Profile maintenance as your child grows, caregiver training and clinician supervision throughout, backup caregiver preparation, and help with scheduling.
- Everything in Flex, plus the same caregiver every visit, so you never re-explain your child
- A trained backup caregiver, ready when your primary is unavailable
- Recurring schedule built around your family's routine
- Priority scheduling when plans change
- Monthly 30-minute call with your supervising clinician
- Bundle with System Navigation for one fully integrated support system
Families who need reliable recurring coverage, after school, after appointments, school breaks, and summer, with a caregiver who knows their child. Set a regular schedule and keep it, with a trained backup ready when life doesn't go to plan.
Your family's navigator
Most families raising a neurodivergent child carry this alone: the authorizations and waitlists, the benefits and eligibility puzzles, the prep before every IEP meeting, and the paperwork that never stops. Your navigator already knows how the system works and takes on as much of it as you need, so you can focus on being the parent instead of the case manager.
Guide
Advice and coaching. The decisions stay yours.
- A living roadmap of every provider, service, and deadline, with proactive tracking of authorizations, renewals, and waitlists
- We flag gaps, overlaps, and conflicting goals, and hand you the specific questions to raise with each provider
- A scheduled monthly coaching call, plus asynchronous messaging with next-business-day response
- Guidance through major transitions: new diagnosis, school placement, aging out of services
- IEP meeting prep, so you understand your rights and options and walk in informed
- Benefits and program discovery, plus vetted referrals to advocates, attorneys, and specialists
- Curated introductions to other Novinway parents who've been where you are
Families who want someone watching everything and helping them decide what to do next, while they stay in the driver's seat.
Concierge
We do the work. You still make every decision.
- Everything in Guide, plus direct execution by a dedicated navigator carrying your family's full load month to month
- We make the scheduling calls, file the paperwork, and handle administrative follow-up end to end
- Applications filed on your behalf: waivers, school placements, benefit enrollments
- Your reimbursement claims, FSA submissions, and other tedious forms prepared for your review, then submitted once you've signed off
- We act on deadlines without being asked
- Transportation arranged and coordinated directly
- Unlimited coaching calls whenever you need to talk something through
Families who need the logistics taken off their plate entirely, during a new diagnosis, a major transition, or any time the volume is more than you can carry alone.
Families combining Monthly care and System Navigation services receive 10% off both monthly fees when bundled. The real value is comprehensive support: your child's care and everything around it handled by one team, working from the same complete picture.
What does it cost to not have this?
Raising a neurodivergent child can mean cutting back hours, turning down work, or stepping out of a career entirely. Not by choice, but because the logistics leave no room for anything else. That's the cost you can put a number on.
The alternative to Novinway was never free. You're already paying to do this alone. You pay in career opportunities put on hold and benefits left on the table. You pay in the quiet strain on your relationships, in the people you love not getting enough of you, and in the exhaustion of holding everything together with no backup.
Novinway isn't another expense. It's the support that protects your income, your relationships, and your own health. Most families ask whether they can afford it. The better question is whether they can afford to keep going without it.
We'd like to meet your family.
