Please note: All visits require a 4-hour minimum. Rates shown reflect our standard level of care, which works for most families. Rates may be higher depending on your child's support needs. We'll determine the right fit together during your family’s intake.

Some children require more than a single caregiver or a standard approach. If your family needs experienced staff with specific clinical backgrounds, 2:1 coverage, or coordination with your child's existing therapy team, contact us and we'll design something that fits.

Yes. You can move between options anytime. If you're on Monthly and want to pause, you can switch to Flex with no penalty. If you're using Flex and want a better rate, you can start a Monthly membership at any time.

Yes! We don’t charge more for additional children. Because of our flexible non-clinical model we can provide childcare for everyone in your family. The only exception is if your child’s needs exceed one caregiver’s capacity to safely care for them in addition to other children.

Before your caregiver's first shift, we build a profile covering your child's routines, preferences, communication style, sensory needs, and what to do when things get hard. If your child has existing plans from clinical providers, we align with those. If your family has your own routines and techniques that work, we follow those too. The profile is updated as your child's needs change.

Novinway is a non-clinical service. We're not therapy, and we don't provide medical or behavioral health treatment. That's intentional - it's what allows us to be flexible, work in the community, and build around your family's real life rather than a treatment plan. Because we don't bill insurance, there are no session limits, no prior authorizations, and no restrictions on where or how care happens.

Depending on your situation, you may be able to use a Dependent Care FSA or claim the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit. We recommend checking with your tax advisor, and we're happy to provide any documentation you need.

When you hire a nanny directly, you're the employer - responsible for payroll, taxes, insurance, background checks, training, backup coverage, and replacement if they leave. With Novinway, all of that is handled. Your caregiver is our employee. We train them on your child's specific profile, manage scheduling, and provide backup if they're unavailable. You get the consistency of a nanny without the administrative burden.

We expect them to. You can adjust your care option, change your schedule, or update your child's care profile at any time. If your family's needs grow beyond our standard options, we'll work with you to build something custom.

Every Novinway caregiver is trained in neurodivergent care before they're matched with a family. We screen for warmth, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm when things get hard. Many of our caregivers have backgrounds in special education, psychology, or related fields. All are background-checked, insured, and directly employed by Novinway.
