We're not a clinical service. We don't bill insurance or follow rigid session structures. If your child has an existing behavior plan from a clinical provider, we align with it. But this is care, not therapy - and that flexibility is what lets us build around your family's actual life.

We get to know your family.

It starts with a conversation - not a form. We learn about your child's routines, preferences, communication style, and sensory needs. We learn what's worked before and what hasn't. We want to understand your family's life, not just your child's diagnosis.

We build your family’s care plan.

We build your child's care profile. We put together a profile built around your child - their routines, preferences, what helps when things get hard, and what to do in an emergency. If your child has existing plans from clinical providers, we align with those. If your family has your own routines and techniques that work, we follow those too. This becomes the playbook your caregiver follows every time they walk through your door.

We match you with a caregiver.

We assign a caregiver based on your child's profile, your schedule, and your child's personality. They're trained on your family before their first shift - not after. We also prepare backup coverage so you're never left without support. If the match isn't right, we rematch - no questions asked.

We stay involved.

We stay involved. We check in regularly - proactively, not just when something goes wrong. Your child's profile is updated as needs change, and as your family's needs evolve, we adjust. You're never locked into something that doesn't fit anymore.

You don’t have to manage any of this.

Your caregiver is a direct employee of Novinway - fully insured, background-checked, and professionally managed. You don't handle payroll, scheduling conflicts, backup coverage, or last-minute cancellations. If your caregiver is sick, we handle it. If there's a concern, you call us. The logistics are our job, not yours.
