About Novinway

A company built around two gaps families keep having to solve alone.

Novinway is a veteran- and clinician-founded company for families raising neurodivergent children. It pairs specialized childcare with practical help navigating the systems around a child, giving parents more room to work, rest, make plans, and be a family.

Serving DC, Maryland, and VirginiaPrivate-pay Care and Navigation Services

Care Services

Specialized childcare, prepared before the first visit.

W-2 Care Specialists support children in their homes and communities. Novinway learns the child, prepares the caregiver, and backs each assignment with supervision and ongoing support.

Navigation Services

Practical help carrying the systems around the child.

Families can hand off research, records, forms, scheduling, applications, meeting preparation, provider follow-up, and transition planning while keeping the decisions themselves.

Workforce model

Better care starts with better care jobs.

Paid training, child-specific preparation, W-2 employment, coaching, and backup are designed to reduce burnout and turnover. Longer caregiver relationships give families more continuity.

Nearly a decadeDirect work with neurodivergent children revealed the two gaps.

The central idea

One project. Five parallel workstreams.

Novinway serves as the live setting for the work. Each track should help people during the project and leave behind something the company can keep using.

Clear ownership

What backgrounds would strengthen the team

One person may cover more than one lane, but every lane needs a clear owner. The strongest additions would deepen the areas the current group is least likely to cover.

Highest-value additionsHealth economics or research · nonprofit or fundraising · payer or policy · workforce or clinical education
05

Communications & earned media

Core project lane

Public relations, journalism, broadcast, video, campaign storytelling, or community communications.

06

Partnerships & growth

Core project lane

Business development across employers, universities, health systems, sponsors, referral sources, and community groups.

07

Program operations & service design

Core project lane

Project management, pilot design, process building, measurement, and turning ideas into services Novinway can keep using.

08

Company integration & leadership

The value created

The project should help people now and strengthen Novinway for what comes next.
